Mint tea, generally known as atay bi nahna, is the nationwide drink of Morocco, and is an integral a part of Moroccan hospitality.

Serves 2

  • 300 ml water
  • 5 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp inexperienced tea
  • bunch of contemporary mint leaves

Carry the water to boil. Put the sugar and the inexperienced tea with contemporary mint leaves in a small conventional Moroccan teapot, and add the boiling water. Put it on a medium warmth range untill it makes bubbles.

Take away from the range and Let it cool for five minutes , serve sizzling.
